Refund Policy for Blue Tick Pro

At Blue Tick Pro, we ensure 100% customer satisfaction. If the customer is dissatisfied or disappointed by any of our services, we offer a complete refund on certain terms and conditions.

Our policy has been designed to characterize under which conditions we will be offering a refund. By registering for any of Blue Tick Pro services you are declaring that you accept and agree with all the terms and conditions outlined in the refund policy

Eligibility for Refund

  • Blue tick disapproval after at least 2 attempts (within project tenure).
  • Miscommunication by key account managers or salespeople
  • The project is not being initiated by the team
  • Publishing errors due to incorrect content or no fact-checking.

Refund Will Not Be Provided In Case Of:

  • Client’s change of heart.
  • Delay from client’s end
  • The project is completed and uploaded on the server.
  • Asking for more than what's committed on the agreement.

Processing Of Refunds

  • Our quality assurance team makes sure that all the projects are being delivered and client satisfaction ratio is 100%. To ensure this, all the communication with the client is recorded (calls/texts/emails) and reviewed from time to time so there are no communication errors or other project related delays.
  • Once everything is verified from the quality assurance department, refund value will be determined based on work done already (publishing, content writing, seo, etc.) The project completion % helps in concluding the refund amount. A standard refund of 20% (of total paid amount) is processed if the account doesn’t get verified even after fulfilling all the publishing and content related deliverables. If a refund is requested before applying for the verification then a certain amount of already written/published content will be deducted from the total amount.
  • All refunds will be processed and reflected in your bank account within 14-22 business days of the date of cancellation and will be brought about using the method of payment agreed upon by the client at the beginning of the project.
  • Blue Tick Pro may at any time, without prior notice under its sole discretion, amend this refund policy. You are therefore requested to review this policy periodically.
